Training Officer

Hong Kong Head Office: Kwai Chung, New Territories


  • Design, organize and deliver in-house training and development programs for our front-line staff, such as communication skills, customer services etc.
  • Implement and conduct on-site training and field coaching for our front-line staff
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and service performance of staff
  • Organize training need analysis


  • At least 2 years' solid training experience in delivery of sales and customer services training
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or Health related disciplines are preferable
  • Strong in planning, organizing and designing training programs
  • Good facilitation, presentation skills &communication skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking & detail-minded
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with less experiences would be consider as Assistant Training Officer
